Deposit Required:  Deposit is required equal to the first night's stay, and will confirm your reservation for your entire stay.  Phone reservations will hold room until deposit is received, but not longer than 7 days. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival for full refund, otherwise a refund will be made only if a room is rebooked

Payment Methods:  Tara Point does not accept credit cards; deposit may be made by check or money order at the address we will provide, remainder of payment is acceptable in cash, check, traveler's checks or money order.

Prices:  All rooms include continental breakfast and applicable taxes.  Room prices are for 1 or 2 individuals.  Additional guests may be accommodated in suites for an additional $15 per person for a maximum of 4 in suites.  2 guests only in the Riverside Rooms, please.

  • Riverside Rooms or the Delta Queen Suite in the Inn are $168.00/night on any available Sunday through Thursday night ($151.35 + sales and lodging tax), or $192.00/night for Fridays and Saturdays  ($172.97 + sales and lodging tax).
  • Cottage suites are $180.00/night on any available Sunday through Thursday night ($162.16 + sales and lodging tax), or $216.00/night for Fridays and Saturdays  ($194.59 + sales and lodging tax).

Check-In:  Check-in is after 3 PM.  If you will be arriving after 7 PM, please call us to make arrangements.  Upon arrival, pick up your cottage key at our home (main building).  Drive to circle and ring doorbell at our double door entrance. Check-out is 11 AM.

Restrictions: Children 9 years and older are most welcome.  No pets.  No smoking inside any of the buildings at Tara Point, including rooms.  No cooking (other than warming breakfast items) inside or outside on our property, please.  Cottage guests are not permitted use of the Inn (main house), including decks, breakfast room and the game room.
